Joseph Kaipayil (b. 1959) earned his doctoral degree in philosophy at the Gregorian University, Rome. He was professor of philosophy at Jeevalaya Institute of Philosophy, Bangalore, from 1996 to 2005. Presently he is in USA on reserch leave.
